Lecture by green infrastructure expert, Dr. Fouad Jaber, with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension will be held at the Dr. Eugene Clark Library in Lockhart with a hands-on demonstration to install a rainwater harvesting system the following morning at the Caldwell County Justice Center.
