Pollinator Gardening Certificate Series: Conservation Efforts for Pollinators

Create gardens specifically for pollinators! Participants will learn what types of pollinators to expect in a garden along with their native plant preferences for food sources, shelter and host plants. Learn about conservation efforts underway for various pollinators including the monarch butterfly.

This series is comprised of four classes [registration for individual classes]:

Saturdays, October 14 & 17, 9 a.m. – noon & 1 – 4 p.m.

  • Pollinator Garden Design October 7, 9 a.m. – noon [Register]
  • Native Plants for Pollinators October 7, 1 – 4 p.m. [Register]
  • Types of Pollinators October 14, 9 a.m. – noon [Register]
  • Conservation Efforts for Pollinators October 14, 1 – 4 p.m. [Register]

Classes include tours of the Wildflower Center’s Pollinator Habitat Garden and the Nectar Gardens.

$45 per individual class
