The Texas Master Gardener program is a volunteer-based program conducted by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service of the Texas A&M University System with a focus on providing information and education about horticulture, community and the Extension system. Instructors are highly trained and provide proven and researched information, to the citizens of Texas, and to the participants of the Hays County Master Gardener Association (HCMGA).
