On October 20th, the Wimberley Valley will have its second annual HOWL AT THE MOON EVENT. Everyone is urged to go outside at 8:30 PM and howl at the full Hunters Moon. Last year several HOA's, bars, and subdivisions had organized howls. This year Blue Hole Regional Park and the Wimberley Dark Sky Committee will host a MOONLIGHT DANCE AND HOWL on the soccer fields at Blue Hole. Come dance under the full moon to your favorite night sky tunes (Dancing in the Moonlight, Bad Moon Rising, Stardust, Deep in the Heart of Texas, Moondance, and more). At 8:30, we'll all pause for an organized and enthusiastic Howl at the Moon.
